The Intellicoat executive team is comprised of seasoned professionals with extensive backgrounds in energy savings, operations, and finance.

Michael Buscher, National Sales Manager
Mike’s results-oriented executive career spans over 25 years and is distinguished by an outstanding record of management performance as president & CEO, as well as multiple general management positions. His achievements with global companies such as Royal Philips Electronics, Combustion Engineering and Honeywell include successful business start-ups, turnarounds, joint ventures, and divestitures.  Mike provided the strategic leadership and hands-on general management for launching and growing a wide range of industrial businesses, laying the groundwork for divestiture, industry roll-ups and IPO’s. In addition, as lead North American industrial automation executive, he was responsible for initiating acquisition and merger opportunities to improve stakeholder value.  Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from Robert Morris University.  He has chaired and served on the boards of directors of several industry associations.

Alan K. Hegedus,  Vice Chairman
Alan spent his career managing organizations that sell energy saving products. He served as President of Philips Lighting, where he had full operating responsibility for $300 million of revenue and over 2,000 employees. He was also the General Manager of General Electric's Mexico Lighting Division, and held other senior management positions at Mascotech and GE.  Alan has over 30 years of experience leading technology divisions and companies and currently serves on the boards of Princeton Regional Schools , Granville Charter School , Springdale Golf Club, and Tire Scour Systems, Inc. He graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Engineering from Youngstown State University followed by graduate studies at Case Western Reserve University.
